Where (or to whom) do my donations go?
Participant donations made through the FirstGiving website are going to be equally divided between this year's beneficiaries: Camp Twin Lakes and Jerusalem House.

Is donating online safe?

Firstgiving, the donation softare, is recognized by VeriSign Secured, BBB Accredit Business, and TrustWave. Firstgiving uses 128-bit SSL certificates and is PCI Compliant.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. Since all funds initially go to Atlanta Field Day, Inc, a 501(c)3, 100% of your donation is deductible and every donor will receive a receipt outlining that information at the time of donation through the firstgiving.com website.

How can I market to get more donations?
We suggest you go to friends or family members. Co-workers are also a great source. If people don't want to be on your team or compete, hopefully they will support you by making a donation to this very worthy cause.

My company has a Donor Matching Program. How does that work?
When you make a donation, Firstgiving asks if your company matches donations. Your matching donation will not count towards the $800.00 minimum your Team neesd to meet unless your company donates through the FirstGiving webpage.
